As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be the face of our business. You’ll work directly with customers, handle transactions accurately, and help ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience. This is a hands-on role that blends customer service, sales, and operational responsibility—ideal for someone who likes staying busy and being part of a team that gets things done.

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service
• Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with attention to detail
• Balance and maintain your cash drawer
• Answer product questions and guide customers to the right solutions
• Build relationships with customers and support ongoing sales efforts
• Reach out to existing and potential customers to grow business
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist customers both in-store and in the yard as needed
• Follow all safety, security, and cash-handling procedures
• Use systems like NetSuite to support sales and operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of retail, cashier, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong customer service mindset with a willingness to learn
• Basic math and computer skills
• Comfortable working with POS systems and inventory processes
• Clear communication and solid interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work scheduled shifts
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred
• Forklift or equipment experience is a plus (but not required)
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Regular standing, walking, and customer interaction
• Occasional desk work and computer use

• Work takes place both indoors and outdoors, including yard and warehouse areas

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week). Hours may vary seasonally and can include weekends and occasional overtime based on business needs.
