Dispatcher

Job Details: Job Location: Justin, TX 76247, Harper Electric is seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to coordinate service calls, technicians, customers, and daily scheduling. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate schedules and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch electricians and service technicians to customer locations Coordinate daily service calls and adjust schedules as priorities change Communicate with technicians regarding job assignments, locations, schedules, and updates Communicate professionally with customers regarding appointments, arrival times, and service needs Monitor technician availability and job progress throughout the day Coordinate emergency and priority service requests Maintain accurate records of service calls, appointments, and customer information Work closely with Service Managers and other departments to coordinate field operations Follow up on outstanding service calls and ensure timely communication with customers and technicians Assist with general administrative and scheduling duties as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or related experience preferred Experience in the electrical service industry is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and professional when handling schedule changes or urgent requests Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems Ability to learn scheduling and service management software Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time employment Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits Paid time off 401(k) A team-oriented work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom - ATS
