- Infrastructure Financial Analysis Senior AssociatePlanoFinOpsNot Specified31/07/2026Full-timeOnsiteFavoriteAccess Job## Job Description# Financial Manager — Asset & Wealth Management Technology FinanceManagement## About the RoleThis role sits within the Asset & Wealth Management Technology Finance & Business Management infrastructure team and reports to the head of planning & analysis for Asset & Wealth Management Technology & Data. It supports the Asset & Wealth Management technology organization with financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic decision support.The team works across technical and non-technical cloud stakeholders, as well as Global Technology, accounting, finance, and product line partners. Its focus is to improve visibility into cloud spend, identify optimization opportunities, and support budget and forecast decisions.This position also supports the group’s hybrid public cloud strategy and FinOps transformation. It contributes to executive-level reporting and analysis that helps leaders make informed financial and operational decisions.## Key Responsibilities– Analyze financial results to identify business drivers and opportunities for improvement. – Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial and management reporting, including ad hoc reporting for senior leadership. – Manage cloud demand planning, forecasting, monthly cloud billing and allocation, and Cloud EMR with accounting, finance, and technical partners. – Build dashboards and insights from large cloud cost and usage datasets for spend-pattern analysis, OKR/KPI reporting, benchmarking, and executive presentations. – Monitor cloud consumption to identify anomalies and budget variances. – Help stakeholders understand cloud spend in the context of application and infrastructure modernization roadmaps, budget funding, and major program forecasts. – Partner with Global Technology FinOps teams to track cost optimization actions, status, and outcomes. – Lead internal reviews and assessments to support business and financial decisions. – Collaborate with Business Management, Global Technology, Finance, and other functional teams to deliver business objectives.Management## Required Skills– 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting/modeling, business intelligence or strategy, data or risk analysis, or internal/external reporting. – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Data Analysis, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field. – Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks Query, SQL, or similar tools. – Ability to perform data mining, data analytics, financial and operational reporting, data-driven storytelling, and end-to-end executive summaries. – Ability to manage multiple priorities and focus on key deliverables under pressure. – Ability to collaborate across technology and business functions to achieve outcomes. – Ability to present public cloud analysis and key messages clearly and simply. – Self-starter mindset with the ability to handle both business-as-usual F&BM work and ad hoc research in a fast-paced environment. – Strong influence management skills. – Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.## Cloud Platforms & Technologies– \*\*Cloud Providers:\*\* public cloud; hybrid public cloud – \*\*Cloud / Data Platforms:\*\* Cloud EMR; Databricks Query – \*\*Programming Languages:\*\* SQL – \*\*Reporting & BI:\*\* Microsoft Excel; Tableau – \*\*Data & Analytics:\*\* Alteryx; artificial intelligence (AI)## FinOps Responsibilities– Support cloud demand planning and forecasting. – Manage monthly cloud billing and allocation. – Analyze cloud rate and usage optimization opportunities. – Build visibility into cloud spend through reporting and analysis. – Monitor cloud consumption to identify anomalies and budget variances. – Support data and AI spend analysis. – Track cost optimization actions, including status and results. – Help stakeholders understand cloud spend against modernization roadmaps, budget funding, and program forecasts.## Benefits– Base salary determined by role, experience, skill set, and location. – Eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation in cash or forfeitable equity. – Comprehensive health care coverage. – On-site health and wellness centers. – Retirement savings plan. – Backup childcare. – Tuition reimbursement. – Mental health support. – Financial coaching.## Why You Might Be InterestedThis role combines financial planning, cloud spend analysis, and executive reporting within Asset & Wealth Management Technology.
