Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week day shift contract in Missouri.

Details

• Home health setting with field-based patient visits
• Caseload of 8–11 patients per day depending on travel time
• Productivity expectation of 4–5 visits per day depending on area and travel
• Monday through Friday day shifts, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with potential for a Tuesday–Friday schedule if needed
• No weekend, call, or floating requirements
• EMR: Meditech
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Missouri PT state license required; PT compact privileges may be accepted
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Home health experience required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• One other therapist on staff at this location
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Mileage reimbursement provided at the IRS standard mileage rate
