About This Role
Join our dynamic team at Little Love's 6740 South Santa Clara, where we're seeking talented individuals to fill FULL TIME and PART TIME positions as preschool teachers/administrators. We're looking for dedicated professionals who want to learn and excel in teaching at the highest level and are interested in our programs: ADHS Licensing, Quality First, and Learning Leaders National Accreditation. What You'll DoThe responsibilities of this role may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Creating engaging lesson plans
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment
- Directly teaching children, utilizing play-based and art projects
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Cleaning and maintaining the classroom
- Assisting with diaper changes and other essential tasks
- Participating in ongoing professional development and training
- Ensuring behavioral accountability and promoting positive behaviors
All employees must demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children.
- Valid Finger Print Clearance
- First Aid/CPR
- Successful Background check
- 6 months of experience in a childcare center

- Spanish language proficiency

- Individuals who are responsible, careful, and diligent in their work
- Those who take pride in doing a task well

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- An ability to collaborate and work well with others
- Leadership skills and experience
- College credits or certifications
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Strong organizational skills
