Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Located near Gig Harbor, this full-time, in-person position plays a vital role in supporting students’ growth and well-being throughout varied grade levels. Key Qualifications:

• Valid WA OT License
• Current ESA certification
• Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
• Experience working with children in school settings preferred
• Ability to adapt to multiple grade bands
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to address students’ developmental and educational needs
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote students' functional skills and independence
• Adjust approaches based on caseload needs and grade band assignment
• Uphold all state and district guidelines for therapy services and professional conduct

This is a full-time contract role with a standard workday of 7.5 hours, offering engagement with a friendly, supportive group of education professionals. Grade band assignments will be aligned with both candidate preference and district needs to ensure a mutually beneficial fit. In-person service is required, fostering hands-on connection with students and staff.
