Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Four full-time opportunities are available for contract OTs, each working 7.5 hours daily in-person, supporting a diverse range of grade levels—assignments will be matched based on your expertise and the needs of students. Located in a vibrant area near Gig Harbor, WA, this role offers the chance to make meaningful connections with students and staff in a collaborative school setting.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate
• Active WA Occupational Therapy license
• Must be fingerprinted through OSPI prior to start
• Experience or strong interest in working within school environments and supporting student growth
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Documentation of licensure must be submitted with your application

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in assigned grade bands, providing assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to develop and implement IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and evaluate therapy outcomes, adjusting approaches to meet evolving student needs
• Contribute your expertise at team meetings and support a positive, inclusive school culture
• Ensure compliance with district policies and state regulations
