The position requires a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Candidates must hold an active RN license and current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. The ideal candidate will have Med/Surg experience. The facility is a 95-bed acute care hospital providing inpatient and outpatient services. Clinical staff are required to adhere to mandatory checks against the state abuse registry prior to the start date. The unit consists of 19 beds with a patient ratio of 1:5. Staff may be required to float to other areas based on census needs. The patient population includes geriatric and adult patients, with a limited number of pediatric cases. Basic equipment includes vital machines, telemetry, and various supportive devices. Proper dress code requires scrubs without prints. Candidates should possess a professional demeanor. This position may require weekend shifts and being on call as needed.
