Job Description

• Prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage and organize schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain and update legal files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel to facilitate case progress.
• Assist in the preparation of legal pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Track deadlines and manage case calendars to ensure timely submissions and filings.
• Support additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth departmental operations.
