Home Comfort Advisor
Location: Panama City, FL and surrounding areas (Bay, Walton, and Okaloosa Counties)
Compensation: Base salary + commission | Target earnings of $100,000+ annually
Schedule: Flexible full-time schedule with occasional evenings and Saturdays

Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC and plumbing needs
- Recommend system replacement and upgrade options
- Present financing and pricing solutions clearly and professionally
- Build trust with customers and deliver a consultative sales experience
- Manage appointments, proposals, and sales documentation
- Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project completion
Required Qualifications
- Previous in-home HVAC or plumbing sales experience required
- Proven track record of closing residential sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
- Computer proficiency; ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to access attics, crawl spaces, basements, and lift up to 25 lbs
