Location: Panama City, FL and surrounding areas (Bay, Walton, and Okaloosa Counties)

Compensation: Base salary + commission | Target earnings of $100,000+ annually

Schedule: Flexible full-time schedule with occasional evenings and Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC and plumbing needs
• Recommend system replacement and upgrade options
• Present financing and pricing solutions clearly and professionally
• Build trust with customers and deliver a consultative sales experience
• Manage appointments, proposals, and sales documentation
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project completion

Required Qualifications

• Previous in-home HVAC or plumbing sales experience required
• Proven track record of closing residential sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
• Computer proficiency; ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to access attics, crawl spaces, basements, and lift up to 25 lbs
