Your Impact & Responsibilities

You will be the \CEO\ of the Red Bank - Lexington SC Five Guys, focusing on two main pillars:

1. Interpersonal Excellence (The People)

• Recruit, train, and inspire a \Five Guys\ caliber crew.
• Create an environment where people want to work and customers want to return.
• Lead from the front—be the energy on the line during the rush.

2. Financial Shrewdness (The Profit)

• Master the P&L: Execute strategies to optimize labor and minimize food cost (COGS).
• Operational Precision: Ensure 100% compliance with safety, security, and brand standards.
• Proactive Management: Treat every dollar spent in the restaurant like it’s your own.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Leadership: Experience in high-volume restaurant or hospitality management.
• Financial Fluency: You understand P&Ls and know how to move the needle on controllable expenses.
• Natural Coach: You have a track record of developing talent and building strong teams.
• Hands-on Grit: You are comfortable in a fast-paced, high-heat, hands-on leadership role.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business (days, nights, weekends).

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

With or without reasonable accommodation, team members must be able to:

• Stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift (with scheduled breaks) on tile or non-slip floors

• Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs (e.g., potato bags, produce boxes, oil containers), including from floor to shoulder height

• Push and pull loaded carts, supply bins, and trash/grease receptacles

• Frequently bend, squat, kneel, and reach overhead or below waist level to stock, retrieve supplies, and clean

• Use hands repetitively, with the finger dexterity needed for the POS, food assembly, and wrapping

• Safely operate hot equipment (flat-top grills, fryers) and tolerate heat, steam, and hot oil

• Move between the hot cook line and cooler areas (walk-ins, outdoor delivery/trash areas)

• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, noisy kitchen

• Use close, distance, and peripheral vision to read tickets, monitor the grill, and run the register

• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates and follow safety instructions
