The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the marina meets regulatory requirements, is maintained in a safe and efficient manner, and is a clean and comfortable environment. The Operations Manager projects a professional image through all types of interaction. DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with the daily operations of the marina., including customer service, maintenance, security, and safety protocols Partner with the Maintenance Manager and Marina Manager to develop and implement standard operating procedures for all marina operations E nsure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to marina operations, including safety, environmental, and local regulations EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE: 1. Must possess progressive experience in a Maintenance Manager or other facilities role 2. Must possess a well-rounded knowledge of facilities machines and equipment 3. Must have highly effective communication skills and time management skills WORKINGCONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Mustbeabletoindependently lift,carry, push,andpulluptothirty(30)pounds Mustbeable toswimorbewilling towearapersonal flotationdeviceininstancesof emergency Mustbeabletoperformsimplegrasping,finemanipulation,andrepetitivehand&armmovementsfrequently,and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed.
