24/7 NOC Analyst - Incident Triage & Maintenance

Corsica Technologies, Inc. is seeking a NOC Analyst to monitor client environments, respond to alerts and tickets, and perform initial troubleshooting. You will coordinate escalations when needed and participate in routine server maintenance, patching, and firmware upgrades. The role requires reviewing alerts across multiple platforms, determining outage vs. monitoring issues, and communicating with clients and on-call resources.
