We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Quality Verification Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for provider data entry, fee schedule entry, quality verification, and technical user acceptance testing. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our database system and ensuring the quality and integrity of our data.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter provider data, including demographic information, contact details, and other relevant information into our database system.
• Update fee schedules based on provided information and ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Verify the quality and integrity of data by performing regular audits and reconciling discrepancies.
• Conduct thorough technical user acceptance testing to ensure the smooth functioning of our database system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to data entry processes, fee schedules, and quality assurance procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines related to data management and privacy.
• Provide support and assistance to internal stakeholders regarding data-related queries and issues.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
• Proficient in using database systems and proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot errors and reconcile data discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of provider data management and fee schedule entry.
• Familiarity with technical user acceptance testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
