Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 annual salary Marketing Campaign Specialist About the Job: ChiroUp is looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to execute high-impact marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, create sales opportunities, and drive measurable business growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building campaigns, launching them quickly, analyzing the results, and continuously improving performance. You'll execute campaigns across a variety of channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, webinars, SEO, direct mail, retargeting, and content marketing. While experience across multiple channels is a plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside our team. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to ensure every campaign contributes to pipeline growth and revenue. Success in this role isn't measured by the number of campaigns you launch. It's measured by the number of qualified opportunities you generate. Every campaign should have a clear objective, measurable KPIs, and a direct impact on business growth. What You'll Do Own the execution of marketing campaigns from concept through launch, optimization, and reporting. Build campaigns that generate qualified leads, trial sign-ups, demo bookings, and sales opportunities. Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Execute email marketing, lead nurturing, retargeting, and automated marketing campaigns. Continuously optimize campaigns by testing audiences, messaging, creative, offers, and landing pages. Monitor key performance metrics, including conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline generated, and campaign ROI. Partner closely with the BDR team to improve lead quality, follow-up strategies, and conversion rates. Coordinate marketing campaigns that support webinars, product launches, promotions, and events. Help identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels to generate additional pipeline. Keep campaigns organized, on schedule, and continually improving through data-driven decision making. What We're Looking For 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, demand generation, or growth marketing. Experience managing paid advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. Experience with Google Ads is a plus. Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation platforms. Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization. Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and using data to improve results. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. Experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce is a plus. B2B SaaS, healthcare, or technology marketing experience is preferred.
