Responsibilities Design engineering solutions Conduct and monitor site inspections Participate in project and client meetings Refine technical designs and documentation Analyze reports and specifications Explore project and client management Leverage digital tools and innovation Drive sustainable outcomes Build connections through the Early Career Professionals Network Requirements Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Successful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 months Demonstrated interest in chosen field through previous internships, volunteering opportunities, or organization memberships Creative thinking skills, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues Resilient, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous growth and delivering value Ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork Location: Iselin, NJ (hybrid working policy – reliable commute to the office required) Benefits Best-in-class learning and development initiatives Dedicated mentorship program Network of Employee Resource Groups Opportunities for excellence everyday The expected salary range for this position is $74,491 – $82,767, with individual pay determined by work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
