? Starting at $43.50/hour
? Up to $47.00/hour based on experience

⭐ Additional Premium Pay

⭐ NEW $2.50/hour Night Shift Differential (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)

⭐ Daily Pay Available

? $7,000 Sign-On Bonus
Start receiving payments on your SECOND paycheck!

? Midnight Shift: $9,000 Sign-On Bonus
That's approximately $346 added to every paycheck simply for maintaining full-time or part-time status.

As a Registered Nurse at Alamo Cove, you'll:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents.

• Lead and support a dedicated team of caregivers.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Monitor resident conditions and develop individualized care plans.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.

• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
