Quality Control Technician

Looking for a dependable 2nd shift employee who shows up every day and can work in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This role focuses on inspecting concrete products, performing quality checks, documenting results, and helping ensure products meet company standards.

What You'll Do:

• Inspect concrete products throughout production

• Perform basic quality tests and measurements

• Read blueprints and production documents

• Document inspection results accurately

• Identify and report quality issues

• Work with production teams to maintain quality standards

• Follow safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Manufacturing, construction, concrete, or quality control experience preferred

• Ability to read measuring tools and follow instructions

• Basic computer skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Team player with good communication skills

Schedule:

• Trains on 1st shift

• Moves to 2nd shift after training

• 10-hour shifts with overtime available

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Circle Pines, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
