Associate or Senior Attorney in Banking Practice Group

A law firm seeks an Associate or Senior Attorney for its Minneapolis, MN office to join the Banking Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in commercial banking transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex loan documentation and reviewing due diligence materials. Duties Advise on complex financial transactions. Oversee and manage loan document drafting. Conduct due diligence reviews. Negotiate and manage complex financial transactions. Collaborate with team members on projects. Requirements Significant experience in banking and finance, real estate, and regulatory laws. Strong preference for candidates with affordable housing tax credit experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and adapt to workflow changes. Licensed to practice law in MN. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Minnesota. Skills Analytical with attention to detail. Solid drafting skills.
