Reason for Job Opening: Replacement

If Physician is retiring, how much longer will Physician Work: Replacing a doc who relocated.

Experience Requirement: None

Partnership Opportunity: Yes; 1-2 years for experienced hires & 2-3 for “green” docs

Target Compensation: $300k Base

Bonus Opportunity: Yes, for collections in excess of 3x salary

Retirement Program: Yes w/ Match; 100% of 3% & 50% of next 4/5%

Relocation: Yes; Or signing bonus

Vacation/PTO: 20 Days per year

Support Staff: Plenty; Scribes also on staff

Hospital Call: No

MDs on Staff: 6

ODs on Staff: 3

Hospital Affiliation: No

ASC: Yes; Opportunity for ownership after a 2-3 commitment
