Pastry Cook - Delmonico Steakhouse

Responsibilities Station set‑up and breakdown, prepping of desserts and garnishes, plating up desserts and cheese/salumi boards. Qualifications Applicants should have two years of experience, and a degree in Baking & Pastry is preferred, but not required. Must have good grooming and be able to work well with others. Must be able to work efficiently and be creative and passionate about food. Culinary school training is preferred but not required for back of house positions. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
