Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

This individual will partner with marketing stakeholders to design, build, and optimize customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Responsibilities include developing Email and SMS campaigns, managing data integrations and audience segmentation, leveraging SQL and AMPscript for personalization, troubleshooting platform and campaign issues, and leading projects from requirements gathering through deployment while supporting enterprise marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and MobileConnect/SMS.
• Strong SQL experience with the ability to build audiences, manage data, and troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Experience designing and supporting omni-channel customer journeys across Email and SMS.
• Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud data architecture, data extensions, data movement, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Ability to independently gather requirements, own projects end-to-end, and troubleshoot technical issues with minimal oversight.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• MuleSoft integration experience.
• Salesforce Data Cloud experience (data ingestion, harmonization, and activation).
• AMPscript experience for personalization and dynamic content.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Data Cloud Specialist certifications.
• Consulting background and/or experience with Financial Services Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
