Enrollment Specialist - Outpatient Clinic Job Details:
• Facilitate enrollment process for seniors into the PACE Program
• Work full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM
• Split time between administrative office duties and field work (approximately 50% travel)
• Conduct in-home assessments throughout San Diego County as part of the enrollment process
• Complete medical verifications and healthcare eligibility assessments
• Temporary position lasting approximately 3 months
• Must possess valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
• Bachelor's degree required OR 3 years of related experience as substitute
• Ideal candidates have background in healthcare eligibility, in-home visits, or medical verifications
• Based out of PACE Administrative Office with significant community travel component
Compensation: Temporarily employed including benefits, compensation rates are based on 0-14 years experience $29.68-$37.42
