Digital Marketing Manager

This position will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-based digital marketing campaigns to drive client growth and brand visibility.

Specific duties include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon Advertising campaigns, including, but not limited to, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
• Conduct audience segmentation, keyword research, and competitor analysis to inform targeting and messaging.
• Manage campaign setup, execution, and daily optimizations to ensure performance goals are met (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA).
• Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
• Collaborate with internal creative and analytics teams to generate campaign assets and evaluate impact.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and emerging best practices.

Minimum Education Required

Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or closely related field.

Must also have two years of related experience.

Experience must include:

• Hands on use of Meta Ads Manager for audience segmentation, A/B testing, pixel implementation, and conversion tracking.
• Demonstrated record of cross channel campaign execution, integrating search, social, display, and video to meet defined KPIs.
• Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to design dashboards, monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate), and extract actionable insights.
• Experience building and presenting analytical reports and strategic recommendations to C Suite executives, owners, or board members.
• Programmatic & DSP Experience: Familiarity with demand side platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP) and real time bidding environments.

Remote employment permissible. Periodic travel to headquarters and client meetings may be required. Travel encompasses up to 10% of time.
