AI Creative Director | CPG Food
Our client, an agency, is seeking a GenAI Creative Director to help shape the future of creative for a portfolio of nationally recognized food (CPG) brands . This role sits at the intersection of creativity, culture, social media, and AI innovation, creating compelling content that drives engagement, brand affinity, and business results.
Must have CPG FOOD experience
Must have AI Design & Art Direction experience
AGENCY experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
What You'll Do
- Concept and execute social-first, culturally relevant campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels.
- Leverage GenAI tools to develop imagery, video concepts, storyboards, campaign creative, and visual assets.
- Partner with copywriters, strategists, designers, production teams, and account teams to bring ideas to life.
- Stay ahead of social trends, emerging platforms, consumer behavior, and AI innovations.
- Present creative concepts and articulate the strategic thinking behind the work.
- Help establish best practices for integrating AI into the creative process.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as an Creative Director/ Creative Lead in an agency or brand environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, social-first creative, and integrated campaign development
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Google AI models (including Nano Banana and Veo), Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, OpenAI, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted creative workflows.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, internet culture, and trend-driven content.
- Experience working with CPG, food & beverage, dessert, snack brands highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

The hourly range for this position is W2 $45--$50/hr DOE.
