Job Description

Join the Regulated BioAnalytical team and play a key role in reviewing laboratory data and study documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and regulatory integrity. This position is ideal for candidates with science knowledge who enjoy detail-oriented work and are interested in quality, compliance, or regulatory career paths. Comprehensive training is provided, with opportunities for advancement into Study Coordination, Training, QA, or Regulatory roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Review laboratory data and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

• Verify adherence to SOPs, study protocols, and regulatory requirements.

• Review audit trails, sample tracking records, and analytical results.

• Identify and communicate data discrepancies or documentation issues.

• Perform quality control reviews and maintain organized study records.

• Collaborate with scientists and quality teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or related Life Science field.

• 1+ year of chemistry experience through coursework, research, or laboratory work.

• Looking for candidates that no longer want to work in the lab, and be more on the data review side.

• Exposure to HPLC or similar analytical techniques.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Interest in quality assurance, compliance, or regulatory-focused work.

Work Environment

• 100% onsite office-based role.

• Primarily electronic data review and documentation; no bench work.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
