About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Fintech Partnerships to spearhead the creation and management of strategic alliances with a focus on securing liquidity, credit guarantees, and driving the adoption of yield-bearing stablecoins. This senior role is pivotal in bridging the gap between decentralized finance and mainstream financial institutions, with a key emphasis on scaling adoption and positioning the project as a foundational layer in the future of global finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy, business development, expanding stablecoin utility through DeFi integrations, and leading a team to ensure partner success and identify growth opportunities. Applicants for the Head of Fintech Partnerships role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial strategy within the fintech, blockchain, or financial services sectors. A deep knowledge of DeFi, stablecoins, and yield-generation strategies is essential, as is a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in financial products.
