KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead global marketing strategy and execution, aligning brand positioning, digital engagement, and demand generation to advance enterprise growth objectives and market leadership. - Partner strategically with the C-team and executive team, shaping business direction through incisive market intelligence, customer insights, and growth-focused recommendations. - Drive marketing-led growth and revenue impact, orchestrating integrated campaigns that expand reach, strengthen the pipeline, and deliver measurable business outcomes. - Elevate and evolve the brand narrative, amplifying its distinct value and deepening resonance with CEOs, C-suites, and other executive decision-makers. - Design and implement sophisticated digital, content, and thought leadership strategies that expand the firm's visibility, influence, and engagement across global markets. - Establish a data-driven marketing discipline, leveraging analytics, performance dashboards, and insights to guide strategic decisions and optimize marketing ROI. - Champion client engagement and advocacy, activating success stories and relationships that reinforce loyalty, trust, and long-term partnership. - Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing organization, cultivating a culture of creativity, agility, and purpose-driven excellence. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 10+ years of experience leading marketing strategy and execution in B2B or professional services environments. - Proven success in building integrated marketing programs that drive brand visibility and revenue growth. - Expertise in brand positioning, demand generation, digital marketing, and analytics. - Strong executive presence and experience partnering with senior leadership. - Strategic thinker with an ability to translate vision into actionable plans. - Ability to live in or relocate to the Philadelphia metropolitan area to work on-site.
