Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:
We're looking for a Director of Marketing who can bring a fresh perspective to our nursing home. If you’re ready to take the lead in crafting memorable campaigns that speak to the heart (and maybe tickle a funny bone or two), we want to hear from you!

Director of Marketing Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies that attract potential residents.
Be the voice of our brand, ensuring it’s as vibrant and warm as the care we provide.
Plan and orchestrate events that leave a lasting impression—whether it’s an open house or a themed party that gets everyone talking.
Analyze marketing metrics to see what’s working and what’s not. Adjust, adapt, and always aim for the stars.
Work hand-in-hand with our Admissions and Care teams to ensure our messaging aligns with the outstanding service we deliver.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, hospitals, and referral sources. You’re the friendly face everyone wants to work with!
Director of Marketing Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in healthcare or senior living.
