A large 5-star window and door company in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced, well-connected Business Development Sales Representative to expand our presence in the Southern Nevada residential construction market.

We are looking for someone who already knows the people who build, design, and remodel homes throughout Southern Nevada.

If you have established relationships with custom homebuilders, general contractors, architects, residential developers, or high-end remodeling contractors , we want to talk to you.

This is not a traditional retail sales position. We are looking for a relationship-driven business development professional who can open doors, develop new accounts, and establish our company as a preferred supplier of premium windows and exterior doors.

The Opportunity

Your primary responsibility is simple:

Build relationships with residential construction professionals and turn those relationships into ongoing window and exterior door business.

We want to become the company that builders, architects, and contractors turn to when they need quality windows, entry doors, patio doors, sliding glass doors, and large-opening door systems.

You will represent an established, highly rated Las Vegas company focused on premium products, professional service, and long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Leverage your existing relationships with homebuilders, architects, contractors, and developers to generate new business.
• Identify and pursue residential construction projects requiring windows and exterior doors.
• Introduce our company to decision-makers and purchasing contacts.
• Establish relationships with builders and contractors that lead to repeat business.
• Develop new accounts and maintain relationships with existing accounts you bring to the company.
• Network within the Las Vegas homebuilding, architectural, and construction communities.
• Coordinate with our internal team on product selections, pricing, proposals, and project requirements.
• Follow up on opportunities and help move projects from initial contact to purchase.

Who We're Looking For

We are specifically seeking someone with existing relationships in the Southern Nevada construction industry.

Ideal candidates may currently work, or have previously worked, in:

• Building materials sales
• Window and door manufacturing or distribution
• Custom homebuilding
• Architectural product sales
• Construction supply sales
• Residential construction business development
• Luxury home construction or remodeling
• Builder or contractor account management

Qualifications:

• Established professional contacts with builders, architects, contractors, or developers in Southern Nevada.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business.
• Experience selling to construction industry professionals.
• Strong communication, networking, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Understanding of the residential construction sales process.

Previous window and door sales experience is a plus, but your industry relationships and ability to generate business are more important.
