Certified Medical Assistant

The Certified Medical Assistant at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) supports physicians and nurses in delivering high-quality patient care within Healthcare & Medical Services. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining vitals and medical histories, preparing patients for exams and procedures, administering injections and point-of-care tests per protocol, assisting with minor procedures, managing EHR documentation, and coordinating appointments and referrals.
