IT Operations Manager

Overview Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience Location: Lenexa, Kansas Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Operations Manager to join their team! Join a dynamic team in a pivotal leadership role where you will oversee IT infrastructure and service desk operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and lead a team towards operational excellence. The company is seeking a leader who can transition from a hands-on manager to a strategic leader, focusing on people development and operational maturity. This role is open due to the company's ongoing growth and evolution towards a more strategic leadership model. Key Responsibilities Lead IT infrastructure and service desk teams Develop and execute IT strategies Provide technical guidance and escalation support Empower and support team decision-making Oversee network, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity operations Manage vendor and contract relationships Plan and manage budgets effectively Enhance cybersecurity and network modernization Required Qualifications Proven management experience in IT operations Strong background in infrastructure or networking Experience in vendor and contract management Ability to balance technical and people leadership Strategic mindset with operational execution skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with SCADA or industrial control systems Broad infrastructure ownership in smaller organizations Familiarity with IT/OT integration This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
