This role will focus on coordinating and facilitating employee orientation and onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, and performing various administrative tasks to support the HR operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to fostering a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Orientation and Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation sessions to ensure employees are well-informed about company policies, benefits, and culture. Coordinate onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
