Scheduling and Data Reporting Assistant

Job Summary This position is responsible for the Department's complex operating rooms (OR) and ancillary scheduling. Utilizing a number of tools including sophisticated scheduling and large Excel data files, incumbent is responsible for planning, developing ad hoc and various reports, creating monthly block schedules for resident, CRNAs, and MDs. Additionally, incumbent maintains compliance with scheduling provisions, numerous scheduling rules, real time monitoring to mitigate critical clinical staffing levels, and re-tasking as necessary to maximize clinical coverage. Acting as a report analyst, this position will develop specific needs reports of our internal/external clientele. Working in collaboration with Risk Management and others, provides, coordinates, researches, and participates in committee meetings. Apply By Date July 4, 2026 at 11:59pm. Knowledge of database softwares. Intermediate to expert level of skill with the Excel software Knowledge or ability to learn the subtle complexities and workflows of the clinical environment. Ability to work quickly and independently, keeping up with a dynamic and changing environment. A high degree or organization. Ability to work independently once trained, with little oversight Knowledge or ability to learn the policies and procedures that govern employment in the clinical environment.
