Desort Client Acquisition Consultant (Commission Only)

As a Client Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business, securing client partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This is a pure commission role designed for high-performance individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new clients through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position Desort's services effectively.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Track KPIs, performance metrics, and revenue targets.

Business Development Consultant Requirements (Integrated)

• Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities, research markets, and position solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently.
• Comfortable with commission-only compensation and performance-driven environments.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to operate without supervision.
• Experience using CRM tools, outreach platforms, and lead-generation strategies.
