Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in the healthcare industry to lead and deliver complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cross-functional teams, strong knowledge of healthcare technologies and regulations, and hands-on experience with AWS and SQL .

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
10+ years of project management experience , with significant experience in the healthcare industry.
Strong experience managing healthcare technology/IT projects.
Hands-on experience with AWS and SQL .
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and HITECH .
Proven experience managing cross-functional technical and business teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project , or similar.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
AWS certification is a plus.

Important: Candidates must be able to work 3 days onsite per week in Philadelphia, PA (19103) . Candidates willing to relocate to Philadelphia will also be considered.
