Job Title: Procurement Digitalization Project Specialist Location: Cary, NC Employment Type: Contract (3 months) Industry: manufacturing industry. Compensation: $29/Hour Schedule: 40 hours / week-1st Shift About the Opportunity:

• Review and suggest optimization of current Excel Based workbook Procurement Savings Tracker
• Determine opportunities to automate and provide dashboard for Procurement Saving Tracker using most current data management and analytical tools (KNIMES, Power BI, Python,)

• Determine opportunities to manage CS AM Procurement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) data and dashboard.
• Determine how to create standard reports and queries needed by CS AM Procurement Commodity Managers
• Learn tools used by LD factory to consolidate Bills of Material (BoM)
• Develop Macros to look at multiple plants and BOM Types to allow more search functions.
• Run Bills of Materials (BOM) simulations models to help procurement identify suppliers and cost reductions opportunities.
• Evaluate software tools that will allow procurement to access multiple spare parts Bill of Materials (BOM) and export information to a database for use of use.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or Computer Science or Systems Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management strategy and design

What Sets You Apart:

• Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Computer Science or Industrial or Systems Engineering
• You have good PC skills (MS Office software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions i.e. AI/MS Co-Pilot
• Scheduling flexibility to accommodate virtual international meetings is expected
• You can operate successfully in a fast-paced organization and meet project timelines
• You have very good presentation skills in the executive leadership environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills, and customer orientation
• You have good PC skills (MS Office software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions
• Scheduling flexibility to accommodate virtual international meetings is expected
• You can operate successfully in a fast-paced organization and meet project timelines
• You have very good presentation skills in the executive leadership environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills, and customer orientation
• Willing to collaborate with and present to international and executive leadership
