In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, following up on leads, and setting appointments for our licensed agents to review insurance options. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys talking with people and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This position focuses on lead follow‑up and appointment setting, not selling policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to prospective customers Follow up with internet and marketing lead Schedule appointments for licensed agents Maintain accurate notes in our CRM system Provide friendly and professional service on every call Help keep our sales team's calendars full

QUALIFICATIONS
