WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Build and maintain customer relationships, providing friendly follow-ups when needed. Deliver prompt and accurate service, answering inquiries about coverages, policy changes, claims, and more. Stay focused on Auto, Home, and Life insurance conversations, knowing that you’re helping families feel secure. Bring enthusiasm to your role every day with a commitment to success and personal growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

Successful track record in meeting sales goals/quotas is a plus. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team environment. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Willingness to make at least 100 outbound calls or engage in 8 Auto Conversations per day.
