Senior UX Designer

On the product team, user‑centered design is at the forefront of how we create intuitive and innovative products that our users love and depend on each day. We strive to design impactful solutions that are grounded in research, on‑brand and repeatedly tested. We simultaneously blend the solving of our users’ needs with hitting our larger company goals. You will work closely with fellow UX designers, PMs, engineers and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. The role requires an ability to generate ideas, create designs and research‑based artifacts. You will be counted on to contribute to find moments to harmonize and improve design systems. In this position, you will present and defend solutions, using research, data and intuition. Your communication skills are as refined as your design skills. You know how to blend your place on a team, with autonomous ownership. You are ready to take the next big step in your UX career. Responsibilities Design crystal‑clear, high‑fidelity mockups and prototypes across platforms Create impactful research artifacts to support/ challenge ideas Collaborate with stakeholders and team members, at all levels Own the entirety of your work, from sketch to prototype to handoff Self‑start projects rooted in research or design thinking Support and build out processes with design leadership Qualifications 6+ years of user‑experience design required A high‑quality portfolio containing real‑world projects Excellent skills in Figma Ability to present work with confidence Comfortable in Jira, Confluence, and Notion Knowledge of Salesforce, Pendo a plus Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX, HCI, Comms, or related area Curiosity for design systems Must be based in NYC Salary Range: $150,000 USD - $175,000 USD Benefits Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
