Today, our brands include Boost Mobile, DISH TV, Gen Mobile, Hughes and Sling TV.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage a virtual team of Quality Assurance Analysts, overseeing their overall direction, coordination, and evaluationImplement and maintain rigorous quality assurance standards and guidelines for your team to followOversee the team's delivery of real-time virtual troubleshooting and help desk support to field technicians using advanced software platforms, including Zinc, CAPP, OFS, and SlackDirect and review the team's comprehensive virtual assessments of completed field work to ensure compliance with EchoStar's standardsManage the team's collection and analysis of data from large datasets to identify key trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and drive process enhancementsProvide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on team performance, quality metrics, and compliance to senior managementPartner with internal and external teams to strategically improve performance, develop innovative solutions, and resolve escalated issuesEnsure team compliance with company programs through the execution of virtual audits, including inventory controlsManage all aspects of team performance and staffing; this includes making recommendations to senior leadership regarding hiring, termination, training, and disciplinary actionsSkills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and two or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceProven experience leading, coaching, and developing employees, with a strong ability to foster a positive and winning team environment strongly preferredExceptional proficiency with spreadsheet software, such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, for data analysis and reportingSkills and Qualifications:Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and conciselyA proven aptitude for troubleshooting and effective problem-solving to resolve technical and operational challengesA meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of qualityFamiliarity with field operations or residential installation is a definite plusAvailability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hoursAvailability to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays as needed to support your teamVisa sponsorship not available for this roleSalary RangesCompensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/YearBenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: EchoStar Benefits.The base pay range shown is a guideline.
