Preferred Qualifications: Successful previous assignment with the agency; previous assignment with the organization. Additional Information: Responsible for completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting care accurately and timely within regulatory guidelines. Participates in student programs, maintains professional licensure, and adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives.
