Virtual Union Leadership Position

Conduct virtual Zoom appointments with prospective and existing clients. Educate clients on benefit and protection options that fit their needs and budget. Assist clients through the application and enrollment process. Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up. Participate in leadership development, training, and mentorship programs. Develop communication, coaching, and team-building skills for future leadership opportunities.

Must be at least 18 years of age Passion for helping individuals and families achieve financial security Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed Competitive mindset with a desire for personal and professional growth Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work Coachable with a willingness to learn and develop leadership skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic No prior insurance experience required.
