CNC Programmer | Lathe & Mill | TopSolid, Mastercam, SolidWorks (Full benefits)

Summary

in precision machining and programming using TopSolid, Mastercam, and SolidWorks. Brings hands-on experience supporting both lathe and mill operations, with a focus on optimizing programs, improving cycle times, and ensuring high-quality production. Known for strong collaboration with machinists and ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

Key Highlights

• 3+ years of hands-on machining experience in precision manufacturing environments
• 1+ year of CNC programming experience using Mastercam and SolidWorks
• Strong experience programming and optimizing parts using TopSolid
• Skilled in both CNC lathe and mill programming and operations
• Proven ability to troubleshoot machining and programming issues on the shop floor
• Experienced in reviewing and improving programs for efficiency, quality, and cycle time reduction
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and 3D models to develop machining strategies
• Hands-on support with first articles, program validation, and production adjustments
• Strong collaboration skills working closely with machinists and production teams
• Organized in managing multiple programs, revisions, and documentation

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Shakopee, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $37.00/hr.
