Transition Management Director

Overseeing Transition Management Service activities across the enterprise, the full-time Transition Management Director will engage with leadership to establish direction, manage complex projects, and ensure integrated service delivery in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Engage with product, sales, and leadership to ensure effective deal structuring and management Build a matrixed support structure to meet complex transition needs Oversee transition efforts for significant global projects, ensuring organizational capability for future transitions Required qualifications BA/BS degree with 10-15 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Graduate degree preferred 6-8 years of leadership experience Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government due to export control regulations
