Descripción de la Posición:
La posición de Porter es responsable de mantener la limpieza, el orden y la buena apariencia de las áreas comunes de la propiedad. Este puesto apoya las operaciones diarias asegurando un ambiente limpio, seguro y agradable para residentes, visitantes y personal.
Horario: Lunes a Sábado 7:00am - 2:30pm (30 minutos de lunch break) || Martes 7:00am a 12:00 pm
Descanso: Domingos
Fecha Inicio: ASAP
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Limpiar y mantener todas las áreas comunes, incluyendo lobbies, pasillos, elevadores, escaleras, baños y áreas de amenidades.
- Vaciar los botes de basura y reciclaje, cambiar las bolsas y asegurar la correcta disposición en las áreas designadas.
- Mantener limpias las salas de basura, cuartos de compactador y áreas de reciclaje.
- Identificar y reportar condiciones inseguras, daños o necesidades de mantenimiento al supervisor o al equipo correspondiente.
- Seguir las normas de seguridad y utilizar correctamente los productos químicos y equipos de limpieza. Requisitos para la posición:
- Experiencia en atención al cliente y trato respetuoso con residentes, visitantes y personal.
- Experiencia previa en limpieza o labores similares, preferiblemente en áreas comunes, janitorial u operativas (no obligatorio).
- Buena comunicación y capacidad para seguir instrucciones de manera clara.
- Conocimiento básico del uso de productos, herramientas y equipos de limpieza.
- Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico de limpieza y mantenimiento de forma continua.
- Atención al detalle y compromiso con los estándares de limpieza, orden e higiene.
- Buena actitud, disposición para aprender y colaborar con el equipo.
