Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy license required
• Preferred initial certification by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Card required
• Previous experience working in school-based settings is highly valued
• Strong adaptability and communication skills
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites as part of an itinerant schedule

Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide therapy for students with diverse needs, ranging from mild to severe
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ access to educational opportunities
• Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and progress reporting
• Adapt interventions as needed to maximize student participation in school settings
