This part-time, contract opportunity offers the chance to work as an itinerant OT, providing services across multiple school sites for students with a range of mild to severe needs.

Your expertise will help students achieve their academic and functional goals, collaborating with educators and families in a supportive, diverse environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you'll travel to various campuses to ensure continuity of care.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license for the state of Arizona
• IVP Fingerprint Card (required)
• Preferred: Initial certification by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Previous school-based occupational therapy experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload spanning mild to severe student needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services across assigned school sites, meeting students’ individualized education plan (IEP) goals
• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop treatment plans tailored to their unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success and access to curriculum
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to the student support team
• Adapt strategies and interventions to a variety of educational settings and diagnoses
