This contract position involves working two days per week across several educational sites, serving a diverse student population from mild to severe needs. Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license required
• Experience in school-based settings or working with pediatric populations is preferred
• IVP Fingerprint Card required prior to start
• Comfort providing care for students with needs ranging from mild to severe
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability for itinerant assignments
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services at multiple school locations, supporting student progress as outlined in IEPs
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs
• Accurately document treatment sessions and maintain records in accordance with school policies and procedures
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive care
• Offer training or guidance to school staff regarding physical therapy interventions or equipment use
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to development of appropriate goals for students
