Responsibilities Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously. Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Handle data entry, filing, and record keeping with precision to maintain accurate patient and client files. Assist with office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and supporting administrative tasks. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management. Exceptional phone etiquette, customer service skills, and professional communication abilities.
